Sorry to say that life has been keeping me away from capping very much. I did manage to pay off a Fantasy Football loss cap a week ago. This one is unique in that the request was for a caption including a sports reporter that is very hard to find good photos of online.

I ended up opting for a lower quality image, and I hope that I managed to do something creative with it.

This cap was done for someone who plays hockey and likes transformations into girly girls that like gymnastics or figure skating. I found the image for the cap when searching for figure skating pics, and I was struck by a goofy spell. This caption is the result.

The monthly caption contest on Rachel's Haven involves making ads for a line of transformative products. I figured I'd post them up here to give you guys and gals something new to look at.

I've been busy with a lot of recreational hypnosis lately, and I have not given much time for captioning. Some of the things I've done might make for some interesting 'forced' type captions if any of you are interested. If so, drop me an encouraging comment, and I'll see what I can churn out.

This caption was originally intended for a 'clean caption' contest, but I think I pushed a bit further in the clean spectrum than was intended. I instead gifted the cap to a deserving person.

When I started making captions 2 years ago, I thought I'd be lucky to get a handful of followers on my blog. I create and post caps that I enjoy, and I hope that some of you might as well. Up until now, I've avoided adding a watermark to my captions because I didn't want to interfere with the look of the caption.

This morning, I found out that some of my captions were posted on DeviantArt by a user attempting to give the impression that my work is his own. It seems that I have hit the level of easy pickings for immature people out there that feel the need to bump their own ego by claiming the work of others.

I've worked up a simple watermark that I hope I can easily work into my future captions. I'll do my best to keep it unobtrusive, but it may be a bit of a work in progress. I'm truly sorry that it has come to this.

If you'd like to copy and repost my captions, that's fine. Please make sure you credit me and consider pointing back to my blog if you do.

To the ones who steal credit for the work of others... I keep all original copies of the captions I make, which are often multi-layered and higher resolution than what I post. I will always have proof that my work is my own.

Practicing hypnosis is getting the bulk of my free time at the moment, and it will likely stay that way for a while...at least until I work out a way to quickly get new partners into a state where they respond well.

I notice that this blog has nearly reached a huge milestone. In just a day or so, it will reach 1 million views in the past 2 years. I can't fathom my work being that popular, but yet...for some reason...it is. Given my recent dry spell, it makes it even more amazing to me.

It's been nearly a month since I last posted a cap...has it really been that long? I think I'm becoming a victim of my own diverse interests. I've been spending a whole lot of time lately working on my hypnosis hobby. Once you hypnotize one person, it just seems to snowball and keep looking for someone else to try it with. It has been a crazy few weeks for me, and I truly regret not having more time to work on captions. I'm still working on getting better access to my photo collection so I am more flexible in where I'm able to do captions. I just haven't found the perfect solution yet. My workflow usually starts by looking at my collection for a photo to jump out at me, so I've been limited in that regard.

For now, I'm still going to be hit or miss in how often I'm able to post new captions. Please don't give up on me.

I did this cap for someone who likes hypnosis caps. It just happens that hypnosis (yes, real hypnosis) is one of my hobbies. Instead of the normal impossible (I know, like magic is any more possible) hypnosis caps, I thought that I'd make one that uses real hypnotic techniques and language. I still had to throw in a bit of magic to complete the change, but only a touch.

Caution: The hypnotic techniques used in this cap are real. Try not to get caught up in it too much.
